Here is a loose outline of how your session flows. By the time you get dressed and we have a moment to chat through what came up for you, the appointment lasts about 2 hours and 15(ish) minutes.

No prior experience with energy healing necessary — simply come as you are.
Loose, comfortable clothing. The AromaTouch technique is applied to your back and feet. You are welcome to dress down to your comfort level. It is recommended to wear pants you feel comfortable rolling down on your hips if you wish to keep them on during your session.
