In your private yoga session you will receive:

  • A fully tailored movement practice, blending yoga poses, breathwork (pranayama) and mindfulness — customized to your body’s current needs, energy level, and experience.

  • A safe, judgment‑free space, designed for all bodies, mindful of injuries and focused on alignment for your body rather than a one‑size‑fits‑all class.

  • A healing‑centered approach, not goal‑oriented “achieving,” but connecting, grounding, and supporting your mind‑body relationship.

Nope! Private sessions are perfect if you have zero or the most experience. This session is fully tailored for your body in this season of life.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothes you can move in. If you have a preferred yoga mat you are welcome to bring it otherwise a yoga mat, water, and props will be provided.

Yes! Yoga is incredible in supporting the body in the gentlest of ways while building connection and strength. Let me know what your injuries or limitations are so I can tailor the poses and guidance into them accordingly.
