Yes. VIBE is an internal visualization practice first and listening to your body, not performing for anyone. The movement serves as a tool to help move energy and express yourself, but is powerful still with limited mobility. Members have done these practices seated, in bed, in their car (not driving). The movement follows you, you don't follow the movement.
